When you become a part of the Paleo On The Go Affiliate Program, you will be strengthening your advocacy of the real food movement. In addition, you can earn money by utilizing our affiliate tools: affiliate links, custom banners, unique discount codes, POTG promotion updates, and product review and endorsement opportunities. Please carefully read the information provided to get a better idea of how the program works, determine if it might be a good fit for you, and learn how to be the most successful.
1. Paleo On The Go Affiliate TermsThese terms describe the expectations for participation in our affiliate program. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out to Hugh Carey at

EnrollmentTo participate in our affiliate program, you will need to register and input all required information, including your mailing address, phone number, and custom coupon code during the registration process. Once registered, we will review your application and let you know if it’s approved or if more information is needed.
NOTE: In order to ensure fast and quick payouts for our affiliates, Paleo On the Go is now offering direct payments through Refersion Pay. As of November 10, 2022, we require all Affiliates to utilize this form of payout to streamline the process. Paper checks will be mailed the mailing address listed on your profile ONLY if you live outside of the United States.
3. Getting Set UpOnce you have been approved for the affiliate program, you will have access to various marketing collateral, banners and imagery, as well as your custom affiliate URL.

URL Links: You can post your link directly on social media channels, blogs, newsletters, etc. Or you can use this link for any images or banners already on your site.
(b)
Premade Banners: While logged in to your Refersion dashboard, you will be able to locate your banners and unique coding. Simply copy this code, and paste it anywhere on your website you’d like our banner to appear.

Discount code: You will need to provide a custom discount code upon registering for the affiliate program. The code will be unique to you. The promotional code you provided will be created on POTG’s system, to provide your audience with $15 off their first order. Please allow 72 hours after approval for your code to be avite

(d)
Free products: From time to time, affiliates will be asked to review new or featured products. POTG will work with affiliates on an individual basis to outline the details.

Social Media: We have a closed Facebook group for affiliates, please join to keep updated on news and new menu items at Paleo On The Go Affiliates.
4. CommissionsOur commission structure:
● Affiliates will be paid a 10% commission
● Other Collaborations and Unique opportunities can be explored with high-performing affiliates.
● Affiliates will be eligible for payouts once a minimum threshold of $50 in approved conversions are reached.
● We approve/deny conversions on the first Thursday of every month. Approved conversions will then be processed through Reversion Pay and paid out to affiliates on the 15th of the month.
*Properly coded links and discount codes are the sole responsibility of the affiliate.
5. PaymentPaleo On The Go requires Affiliates to be paid through Refersion Pay. To set up your automatic payments with Refersion Pay, simply login > go to settings > then click payment settings and follow the prompts. We are unable to pay via Paypal.
Please note, it is the responsibility of the affiliate to update their affiliate account with the accurate payment and contact information. To prevent delayed or non-payment, please confirm that your account stays up to date.
6. Order Fulfillment.Customers who purchase products and services through the POTG Affiliate Program will be deemed customers of POTG. Accordingly, all rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders and service will apply to those customers.
POTG may update policies and operating procedures at any time, in order to improve processes. Prices and availability of our products and services may vary from time to time based on seasonality, changes in our costs, demand for certain products,
availability of ingredients, etc.
7. Qualifying SitesPOTG reserves the right to refuse any site entry into the POTG Affiliate Program-based on-site content. Sites that do not qualify for the Affiliate Program include but are not limited to, sites which:
● Promote values or beliefs that conflict with those of POTG.
● Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
8. Coupon Code WebsitesSharing an affiliate’s unique discount code on public coupon sites to generate sales is prohibited. Sales should be generated through an affiliate’s social media accounts, website, blogs, and other personally held channels. If your coupon code used on your social media channel is found on these sites your code will be deactivated and we will notify you of your new code.
11. Relationship of PartiesAffiliates are independent contractors, and nothing in these terms will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. Affiliates have no obligation to Paleo On The Go to produce or be responsible for sales. However, we love when our affiliates are actively involved with POTG and our affiliate program.
12. Affiliate Account StatusThroughout the year, we will be monitoring affiliate accounts. If there is inactivity on the account for long periods of time, that account will be deactivated. If an affiliate unsubscribes to our email communications, we will take into regard that the affiliate is no
longer interested in being a part of the program and the account may be deactivated. We ask that affiliates please be vigilant with keeping their accounts up to date. Please contact our staff for help with your account, along with strategies and tools to maximize
success with the program. It is not our goal to deactivate accounts. We have to stay organized so that our system does not get inundated with accounts that are not active. Also, we want to focus our energies on individuals and entities that are putting forth
effort. We are here to help.
